Refund and Returns Policy

Due to the extreme logistical costs and the industrial nature of shipping containers, tanks, and modular cabins, our refund policy is strictly enforced to maintain competitive pricing for all clients.

 The “Final Sale” Rule

Once a container or tank has been offloaded at the customer’s site and the delivery receipt (Bill of Lading) has been signed, the sale is considered Final. We do not accept returns based on “Buyer’s Remorse,” changes in project scope, or aesthetic preferences (such as color or minor surface rust on used units).

Order Cancellations

• Standard Inventory: If you wish to cancel an order before the truck has been dispatched from our depot, you are eligible for a refund minus a 5% Administrative Processing Fee. This fee covers credit card processing costs and labor.

• Modified/Custom Units: If you have ordered a custom unit (e.g., a Container Office, Pool, or modified Cabin), the 50% deposit is non-refundable once fabrication has commenced. If the order is cancelled after completion but before delivery, no refund will be issued.

Defective or Incorrect Items

We guarantee that units sold as “Wind and Water Tight” (WWT) or “New” will be structurally sound and leak-free.

• Inspection: You must inspect the unit immediately upon arrival. If the unit has a major structural defect (e.g., a hole in the roof or a non-functional door), you should reject the delivery and have the driver take it back immediately.

• 48-Hour Claim Window: If a defect is discovered after the driver leaves, you must file a claim with photo evidence within 48 hours. If the claim is verified, Arcelor Containers will, at its discretion, either send a mobile repair technician to your site or swap the unit at no additional cost to you.

 Refund Processing Time

Approved refunds are issued back to the original payment method. Please allow 7 to 14 business days for the transaction to be finalized by your banking institution. Wire transfer refunds may require additional verification for security purposes.
