40ft New Shipping Container – ISO Standard Corten Steel

This 40ft shipping container is manufactured to ISO standard dimensions and has not been previously used in cargo transport. The container body is constructed from 14-gauge Corten steel with corrugated sidewalls. The exterior shows no dents, perforations, or rust. Door gaskets are intact and create a seal against water ingress under normal rainfall conditions.

The floor consists of 1.125-inch thick marine-grade plywood treated for moisture resistance. The floor surface shows no wear. Four ventilation ports with insect screens are installed to reduce condensation buildup. The cargo doors at one end measure 7ft 5in in width by 7ft 3in in height. Door locking bars operate with a standard locking mechanism. The container includes forklift pockets on the base for repositioning using appropriate equipment.

This unit is designed for stationary outdoor use on a level, prepared surface. No modifications including insulation, electrical wiring, or additional door cutouts have been applied. The container is suitable for international shipping, on-site storage, or as a base for authorized modifications.
