This 40ft high cube shipping container is insulated and modified with a 5 ton Bard HVAC system. The container is sold as-is.

The HVAC system includes a wall-mounted Bard unit with thermostat control and straight AC electric heat up to 5kW. The electrical system includes interior LED lights, circuit breakers, and infrastructure requiring a minimum 50 amp, 240V power supply for hookup.

The flooring is finished with food-grade epoxy. A secure front entry door with deadbolt and key lock is installed.

The purchaser is responsible for any repairs or servicing including electrical work, HVAC servicing, and cosmetic imperfections. Electrical system requires connection to an external power source by a licensed electrician.
