40 ft High Cube Container – Corten Steel, 28mm Marine Ply Floor, CSC Plated

This 40 ft high cube shipping container is constructed from Corten steel. Corten steel is a weathering steel that forms a protective rust layer when exposed to the elements, reducing long-term corrosion.

The high cube configuration provides additional interior height (9 ft 6 in) compared to standard containers, making it suitable for taller items.

The container is built to ISO standard dimensions. Welded tie down points are included on both upper and lower rails. Four vents are installed for airflow.

Exterior hinged double doors are located at the end of the container. Each door has two locking bars. A lockbox is factory fitted to the door.

Two forklift pockets are located on each side of the container for handling and relocation.

The flooring is 28mm marine plywood installed on steel cross members. Marine plywood is manufactured with water-resistant adhesives and resists delamination in humid conditions.

The container is CSC plated with a maximum gross weight of 30 tons.
